In the past 24 hours, Russian forces in Donetsk oblast have wounded 12 people and killed one, head of the regional administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, said in a Telegram post on May 13.
Avdiivka had three casualties; Lyman – four; Maryinka – two; Vuhledar, Ilyinka, Zalizne, and Bakhumt – one in each town.
Since the beginning of the invasion, 357 civilians have been killed in Donetsk oblast, and 1,050 have been wounded. These numbers don’t include Mariupol and Volnovakha – it is impossible to assess the scale of civilian casualties in these cities, as of now.
Estimates put the number of dead in Mariupol at around 25,000.
