Russia launched a missile attack on the Dniprovskiy district of Dnipropetrovsk oblast, the head of the regional military administration Valentyn Reznichenko reported on the Telegram messenger on June 10.
“A missile attack on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast took place this morning. No casualties reported, but we’re still expecting to receive additional details,” he said.
Reznichenko also said that at night the invaders also fired on the Kryvyi Rih district of the oblast, hitting three towns.
In the Zelenodolsk municipality, a 41-year-old woman received a shrapnel wound.
No injuries were reported from the missile impacts in Shirokivska and Apostolovska.
The head of the oblast also said that the big fire in the oblast, which began on the morning of June 10, was not connected to any enemy attacks.
Firefighters said the fire broke out at a recycling facility that processes plastic into granules when pellets in bales got caught on fire. The fire damaged the outer walls of a two-story production building and destroyed equipment for the production of pellets, as well as recyclable materials.
No one was injured and the fire was extinguished within an hour.
