The situation in the area of Kreminna and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast has escalated, as Russian invasion forces have begun to utilize aviation during their attacks, regional governor Serhiy Hayday said on Telegram on Feb. 15.

"We're seeing that escalation is quite serious, especially in the direction of Bilohorivka and Kreminna,” he said.

“Shelling is intense; the enemy is currently engaging aviation. Attacks are constantly coming in waves from different sides.”

Presidential advisor Mykhailo Podolyak stated that the Russian army has already launched a new large-scale offensive, which Ukrainian intelligence had warned about.
