Invading Russian forces are concentrating their main efforts on reconnaissance and shelling, and currently, there are no combat clashes in the Zaporizhzhya section of front, Head of the Ukrainian Joint Press Center of the Tavrisk Direction Defense Forces Yevhen Yerin said on Ukrainian national television on Jan. 30.

Yerin said the invaders do not yet have sufficient forces or means to launch an offensive in Zaporizhzhya Oblast.

Furthermore, there is still no regrouping of the enemy troops or an increase in the number of their forces in the Zaporizhzhya section of the front, he said.

Yerin also noted that in some areas of the front in Zaporizhzhya Oblast, Russian troops tried to improve their tactical positions and carry out certain shock-assault actions in small groups of about 10 people, in particular, in the area surrounding the town of Hulyaipole.
