Invading Russian forces have relocated an entire plant from Vovchyanka in Kharkiv Oblast to Russia, and set up a concentration camp on its former grounds, Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform reported on April 25.
“The factory’s buildings were made into a prison, an actual concentration camp, where (Ukrainian) people are tortured, coerced into collaboration and enlisting into the Russian military,” said Oleh Synehubov – head of the Kharkiv regional administration.
The official added that Moscow adopted a similar approach in occupied Izyum, attempting to “mobilize” locals into the war against their own country.
