Several Russian artillery strikes hit Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, head of the regional administration Valentin Reznichenko said in a Telegram post on June 22.

Specifically, the communities of Apostolove and Zelenodolsk near the border with Kherson Oblast were struck. There were no casualties from the attacks, Reznichenko said.

The village of Velyka Kostromka, next to Zelenodolsk, was left without power due to these attacks, he said.

Ukraine has been conducting a counter-offensive in Kherson Oblast, with Ukrainian units now said to be approaching the city of Kherson itself, a strategically important, Russian-occupied regional center.
