Olga Siutkina, who supports the war against Ukraine, was detained in Russia’s Perm, near the Ural Mountains, for protesting against Moscow’s decision to retreat from Kherson, one of Russian propaganda Telegram channels reported on Nov. 11.

During her “one person rally,” Siutkina held up a poster saying “Kherson is surrendered, Moscow’s next,” expressing her disapproval of Russia pulling its troops from the western bank of the Dnipro River in Ukraine’s Kherson Oblast.

As police were approaching her, Siutkina cut her hands, exclaiming “It's Russian blood!”

“(Russian dictator Vladimir) Putin, (Defense Minister Sergey) Shoigu, (commander of Russian forces in Ukraine Sergey) Surovikin – you are all responsible for this bloodshed; we will not forgive you!" she cried out before being arrested.

A similar rally took place a little earlier in Moscow, where people came to the Kremlin walls with a sign: “Traitors, you f**ked everything up.”

On Nov. 11, Russian Defense Ministry reported complete withdrawal of Russian troops from the western bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson Oblast.

Meanwhile, local residents posted photos of stranded Russian soldiers who change into civilian clothes in an attempt to blend in with the crowds and avoid getting captured by Ukrainian forces.

In Donbas, Russian units, made up of mostly recently conscripted men, are suffering debilitating losses near Svatove, Luhansk Oblast, leading to growing public discontent in Russia.
