Russian ammunition depots destroyed in occupied Melitpol

A Russian ammunition warehouse exploded on the morning of Oct. 6 in the occupied city of Melitopol, city mayor Ivan Fedorov said on national TV.
"Since early morning there have been explosions, the enemy warehouses of equipment and ammunition have been destroyed,” he commented.
He also noted that “now there is thick smoke over the city in the northern part, almost all city residents can see it."
Fedorov also posted a video of the smoke rising over the city.
On the morning of October 6, media reports emerged of powerful explosions heard in occupied Melitopol and nearby areas. The explosions are said to have continued on for an hour in the northern part of the city, where a Russian base is known to be located.
