Russian invasion forces fired at the Ynhuletsky district of the city of Kryvyi Rih with Grad multiple launch rocket systems, killing one person and wounding two others, head of Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration Valentyn Reznichenko said on July 9.
He said that a school and several houses in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast city were damaged by the rocket attack, and a car was burnt out.
He said the Russian military had deliberately targeted a residential area.
“This insidious attack claimed the life of a 41-year-old woman, (and) two more people with shrapnel wounds were hospitalized,” said Reznichenko.
The head of the Kryvyi Rih military administration Oleksandr Vilkul said that the situation in the city remains tense: the invaders are systematically opening fire on civilians with rockets, artillery, tanks, mortars, and combat aircraft.
