Russian defense minister’s daughter spent holidays in Dubai, pictures reveal

Ksenia Shoigu, the daughter of Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, spent New Year holidays in Dubai, independent Russian news outlet Sota reported on Jan. 10.
Member of the Legislative Assembly of Russia’s Vologda Oblast, Denis Dolzhenko, shared a photo with Ksenia, with Louis Féraud luxury store – located in one of the shopping malls in Dubai – visible in the background.
The caption claims the photo was taken in Vologda, but the name of the outlet clearly indicates it was Dubai instead. Louis Féraud does not operate in Russia.
Furthermore, Dolzhenko had shared his earlier photos from Dubai the day before, without disabling geolocation tags.
