Russian drone attack injures 9 civilians in Kherson Oblast, prosecutors say

At least nine civilians, including a child, were injured in a Russian drone attack in the Beryslav district of Kherson oblast, the Office of the Prosecutor General reported on Telegram on March 2.

According to preliminary data, the Russians dropped a bomb on the civilians when they were queueing for humanitarian aid outside a local school.

All victims have been provided with medical assistance.

Civil infrastructure facilities were also damaged because of the attack, prosecutors added.

The Prosecutor’s Office has initiated a criminal proceeding under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
