Russian forces attack civilian facilities in frontline areas from north to south Ukraine

Russian troops launched a guided bomb attack on Bilopillia, Sumy Oblast, in the early hours of March 28, Sumy Oblast Military Administration’s press service reported on Telegram on March 28.
One civilian was injured in the attack.
The bombing caused a shed to catch fire and damaged two houses. A garage with a car and a low-pressure street gas pipeline were also destroyed. The windows of a gym and a two-story apartment building were damaged.
Early in the morning, the enemy opened fire from cannon artillery on the Sumy Oblast border, with the Ukrainian military recording roughly 20 hits. The consequences of this attack are still being clarified.
Russian troops continued to shell Donetsk Oblast.

Late in the evening of March 27, Russian occupation forces launched a missile attack on Kramatorsk. A kindergarten, a school, and a commercial building were damaged. No casualties were reported.
Kurakhove also came under shelling, and the building of a state-owned enterprise was damaged.
Two people were wounded in Kostyantynivka and one in Bakhmut.
Near Lysychansk, two kamikaze drones struck Zarichne. No casualties were reported.
In total, Russian troops killed two civilians and wounded 33 others in Donetsk Oblast in the last day.
Last night, Russian attacks struck Luchanskyi City Hospital in Kherson. No victims were reported.
