The information is indicative and may be corrected, since it is extremely difficult to obtain it after battle, as the commanders primarily focus on the conduct of the battle.
In addition, information is obtained only after the battle is over, and battles can be extremely lengthy in time. The data may arrive the following day, and sometimes the day after.
In addition, if the battle took place at night and began on one calendar date and ended on another, it is rather difficult to separate on which day certain losses occurred.
At 0500 on Feb. 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to launch a "special operation" in the Donbas following a request from the puppet authorities in the non-government-controlled Luhansk and Donetsk territories. Previously, the Russian government repeatedly stated that it will not attack Ukraine, while for months it has been pulling troops and equipment to the Ukrainian borders.
The confrontation continues for a fifth day. Russia is advancing from the north, east and south.
The Russian invasion is accompanied by artillery shelling of Ukrainian cities across the country, with military equipment penetrating the border. Numerous casualties have been reported in Ukrainian cities.
Fighting is taking place in the Sumy, Chernihiv, Kherson and Kyiv oblasts, as well as in the Donbas.
