Russian missile strike at Dnipro destroys family, kills three-year-old and her young mother

A young woman and her three-year-old child were killed in a Russian missile strike at the city of Dnipro overnight on April 28, Dnipro mayor, Borys Filatov, wrote on Facebook.
He refused to comment on the details, saying that it was necessary to wait for official information from the military administration.
In particular, at least 10 people were killed in the town of Uman after Russia hit a residential building there.
