Russia’s military launched a missile strike at railway infrastructure in Pavlohrad district of Dnipro oblast, killing a 48-year-old man, the head of the regional administration, Valentin Reznichenko, said in a Telegram post on April 24.
According to Reznichenko, three Russian missiles destroyed eight buildings, burying three cars and a truck under rubble.
“The shockwave blew out windows and jammed doors in a nearby apartment building,” said Reznichenko.
“Two missiles struck an industrial object; the production facility is destroyed, (but) the personnel were unharmed.”
Curfews were reinstated across the region for the Eastern Orthodox Easter due to the risk of potential Russian missile strikes against congregation crowds.
