Russia strikes residential area in Kherson Oblast, killing 3, wounding 8, including children

Russian troops attacked Kherson Oblast and Kherson city with multiple rocket launchers, mortars, artillery, tanks and drones on Feb. 19, the regional military administration reported on Telegram.
Three people were killed in the region and eight others were wounded.
Reportedly, the Russian forces shelled Kherson nine times. Enemy shells hit residential buildings.
Three children were wounded in the shelling: two boys aged 8 and 13, and a 10-year-old girl.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that the victims were members of the same family.
They said that private houses, garages, cars, stores were destroyed, and administrative buildings, a dental clinic, a grain terminal, solar panels, gas pipes, power lines, and water supply were damaged.
The Russian military continues to shell Kherson and the region on a daily basis.
