Russian army strikes Antonivka: One person killed, four injured
Russian invasion forces launched an artillery attack on the settlement of Antonivka in northeast Kherson Oblast, resulting in one fatality and four injuries, Oleksandr Prokudin, the governor of Kherson Oblast, reported on Telegram on Oct. 3.
A 69-year-old man suffered fatal injuries while he was in a garage at the time of the enemy attack, said Prokudin.
Among the injured were three women aged 48, 28, and 65, as well as a 63-year-old man. All of the injured received medical assistance at the site of the attack.
The Russians carried out 80 shelling attacks, firing a total of 502 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad missiles, and tanks, as well as dropping bombs from aircraft and drones.
In the area of the city of Kherson, the enemy fired 60 shells.
