A Russian artillery strike on Kharkiv has killed at least three people, including a child, Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Ukrainian TV on July 19.

The attack was carried out with Uragan multiple-launch rocket artillery, according to Terekhov, damaging a mosque in Kharkiv’s Kyiv District. Previously, Russian artillery fire damaged infrastructure in the district on July 18.

The mayor reported that Russian forces continue to indiscriminately shell residential areas in the city.
