Invading Russian forces are demoralized and are not highly motivation to continue Russian dictator Vladimir Putin’s war in Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine wrote on Facebook on March 30.

"According to available information, the attempts by the Russian military command to mobilize 'volunteers' does not have support of the population," the Ukrainian military said.

In particular, only 17 so-called "volunteers" have been recruited in Russia's Kaliningrad region.

Earlier, the UK Ministry of Defence said that the Russian military was facing a lack of "momentum and morale."
