Russian troops on the morning of Oct. 30 shelled the Zaporizhzhia Oblast town of Enerhodar, a Russia-occupied settlement close to the occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, the town’s mayor, Dmytro Orlov, said on Telegram.
“The Sunday morning began with occupiers' terror action,” he said.
“As a result of a strike on the industrial area, most of the city remained without power supply. According to early reports, they've hit one of the power substations.”
