Invading Russian forces are conducting attacks in Donetsk Oblast, but are unable to advance, regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said during a briefing on Nov. 30.
He said the situation in the region “is difficult, but under control.”
“We’re all coordinated and focused,” he said.
“And the enemy in his offensive actions, thanks to our courageous defenders, is unable to advance and gain success in his combat actions.”
Kyrylenko added that the Russian invaders are continuing to shell the oblast and the liberated territories.
Ukraine’s General Staff reported early on Nov. 30 that the Ukrainian Army had repulsed enemy attacks near Stelmakhivka in Luhansk Oblast, as well as near Bilohorivka, Bakhmutske, Pervomayske, Nevelske, and Maryinka in Donetsk Oblast over the past 24 hours.
