At least three people were killed and another six were wounded on May 18 after Russian invaders used Grad multiple rocket launch systems to fire on a convoy of civilian cars in Kherson Oblast, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine reported on the Telegram messenger.

The incident took place near the village of Davydiv Brid, prosecutors said.

According to reports, the civilians were attempting to drive to the Beryslav district of Kherson Oblast when they were attacked by Russian forces.

Ukrainian prosecutors have initiated a pretrial investigation under Part 2 of Article 438 (violation of rules of the warfare) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
