Russian occupation “authorities” are forming mobilization lists for January 2023 in Ukraine’s Russian-occupied Crimea, the Ukrainian military’s General Staff reported on the morning of Dec. 31, the 311th day of Russia’s large-scale invasion of Ukraine.

"According to the available information, the military commissariats in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea have formed lists of persons subject to mobilization in January 2023," the report says.

Earlier, the Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov said that Russia is preparing another wave of mobilization from Jan. 5, 2023.

Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov recorded a video message to the Russians liable for military service and said that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's regime is going to declare martial law in early January, close the borders and start a new wave of mobilization.
