Russian forces shelled a hospital in Kherson city on the morning of Feb. 14, while doctors were receiving patients, the Kherson Oblast Military Administration reported on Telegram.

According to the regional authorities, the medical facility was quite crowded during the enemy attack. However, casualties were avoided because people immediately ran into the corridor when they heard loud explosions.

The windows of the hospital building were shattered by the blasts, and Russian shell fragments were found on the ground near the hospital.
