Russian invaders have increased the number of assaults on Ukrainian positions in the Pivdennyi Buh river direction, Ukraine’s General Staff reported on Facebook on June 2.

The invading Russian forces fired mortars and artillery at the villages of Shevchenkove, Trudolyubivka, Luch, Stepova Dolyna and Shyroke.

The invaders carried out air strikes with Mi-24 helicopters in the areas around Novohryhorivka and Oleksandrivka.

On the Novopavlovsk and Zaporizhzhya axis, the enemy continues to engineer fortifications to protect their occupied borders and resupply.
