Russian troops launched a missile attack on Slovyansk, Donetsk Oblast during the night of April 12-13, Mayor Vadym Lyakh, reported on his Facebook page.
One Russian S-300 missile hit the grounds of School No. 8. Nearby multi-storey buildings were also damaged. Windows and doors were smashed, and balconies were damaged. A second strike was recorded near the city water utility, where private houses were damaged.
No one was killed or injured, said Lyakh.
Four high-rise buildings and three private houses were damaged, reported regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko, who also posted photos of the aftermath of the enemy attack.

He noted that one person was killed and two others injured in the region on April 12. Private houses in Kurakhivka and Siversk were destroyed.
The aggressor also attacked settlements in Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson oblasts.
Russian forces struck Ochakiv in Mykolaiv Oblast with multiple rocket launchers on April 12, reported Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration head, Vitalij Kim, on Telegram. There were no reported casualties, but information about damage is still being clarified.
In Kharkiv Oblast, Russia attacked settlements in Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Chuhuyiv and Bohodukhiv districts over the past day. Two people were killed, and another woman sustained injuries in the explosion and was hospitalized.
Kharkiv regional governor Oleg Synegubov added that the shelling of villages damaged private houses and vehicles, as well as an educational institution building.
Russian troops shelled Kherson Oblast 46 times over the last day, firing 185 shells from heavy artillery, UAVs, and aircraft at the region.
The enemy attacked Kherson city five times, with some shells hitting an industrial plant, said Kherson Oblast Military Administration head, Oleksandr Prokudin, on Telegram. One person was killed and two injured over the last day, while Residential neighborhoods have been destroyed.
Russia has in recent weeks reduced its attacks on Ukrainian cities further from the frontlines, but occupation troops continue to target civilian targets in frontline settlements.
At the same time, the Russian military has intensified the use of drones along the front line, which could indicate that Russia is preparing a new attack on Ukraine.
