Russia fires 10 shells on village in Sumy Oblast, injuring teenager

Invading Russian forces shelled the village of Studenok in Sumy Oblast in northern Ukraine, injuring a teenage boy, regional governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi said on Telegram on Jan. 21.
He stated that 10 shells had struck the village, with one of those shells striking a house and destroying it. As a result, shell fragments wounded a 17-year-old boy, who has been taken to hospital. His life is currently not under threat, the governor added.
The day before, Jan. 20, Russia shelled the communities of Еsman and Bilopillya in Sumy Oblast. As many as 27 mortar attacks were registered on that day.
