Tehran has again denied responsibility for selling kamikaze drones, otherwise known as loitering munitions, to Russia, the Reuters news agency reported on Oct. 17, quoting Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nasser Kanaani.

This denial is a lie.

Despite this, Kanaani claimed that data about Iran providing Russia with drones "has political ambitions and is circulated by western sources.”

"We have not provided weapons to any side of the countries at war.”

Kanaani did not address the copious amounts of evidence proving Iranian involvement in the murder of Ukrainian civilians with the use of suicide drones.

Suicide drones in an attack on Kyiv, the national capital, on Oct. 17, resulted in the deaths of at least three people, including a pregnant woman, and numerous damaged buildings.

MP David Arakhamia has said Ukraine is working through diplomatic channels to stop Iran supplying Russia with weapons.
