President Volodymyr Zelensky has vowed that Ukraine will regain all of its occupied territories, in a social media video address on June 19 following a visit to Mykolayiv and Odesa oblasts.

The President recorded the video directly from a train carriage on his way to Kyiv.

"I'm coming back from the south — I visited the frontline positions in Mykolayiv Oblast, Mykolayiv itself, as well as the Odesa Oblast,” Zelensky said.

“I spoke with our defenders — the military, police, National Guard, Territorial Defense. Their morale is high — I'm sure they all have no doubts about our victory. We will not give the south to anyone, we will return everything, and the sea will be Ukrainian — it will be safe.”
