Two men injured, one loses both legs, after tripping Russian mine in Kherson Oblast

Two men tripped a Russian mine near the village of Ivanivka in the Vysokopillia community, Kherson Oblast, the regional military administration reported on March 26.

As a result of the explosion, two residents were seriously injured.

Two young men aged 24 and 28 were hospitalized in the city of Kryvyi Rih.One lost both legs, while the other sustained chest wounds and other mine-blast injuries.

The Kherson Oblast Military Administration pointed out that this is the fifth case of civilians tripping Russian explosives in the last week. In seven days, explosive shells left by the Russian occupation forces have claimed the life of one resident of Kherson Oblast and injured five others.
