Ukraine’s air force carried out numerous air strikes against the Russian invaders in Luhansk Oblast on June 30, reported Ukraine’s Air Force Command on Telegram.

Su-25 attack bombers and Su-24m bombers carried out up to 10 airstrikes on the Luhansk axis, supporting the military actions of the defenders of Lysychansk.

These strikes prevented the advance of the invaders on several key axes.

Enemy logistics centers, fuel supply points, armored combat vehicles and manpower were all hit by the attacks.

On June 29, regional governor Serhiy Hayday said that the Russians were on the outskirts of Lysychansk, but there were no battles in the city itself.

He added that Russian propaganda has already claimed that its troops control the city and had surrounded it, but that is a lie. Hayday also noted that the invaders continue to destroy the city and shell it from several directions.
