Ukraine’s Air Forces destroy Russia’s “most effective” helicopter crew

A Russian Ka-52 combat helicopter shot down by Ukraine’s Dnipro anti-aircraft missile brigade on Dec. 4 included Russia’s “most effective” crew, Russian propaganda media outlets reported on Dec. 5.
“The ‘Boroda’ (‘Beard’) crew was the most effective crew of the group,” one of the Russian media outlets reported on the Telegram messenger.
“They were the best of the best. Six orders of courage for two.”
Later, footage of the destruction of the helicopter appeared on social networks.
The Ka-52 is a new Russian combat helicopter, capable of reconnaissance and coordinating combat air operations. It can attack ground troops, armored vehicles, and air targets.
