Ukraine downs Su-25 and Su-24 military jets and repels attack near 10 settlements

According to the military, Russian forces forward movement was stopped near Novoselivske and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast and Serebrianks, Verkhniokamyanske, Bilohorivka, Yakovlivka, Pervomayske, Opytne, Nevelske and Krasnohorivka in Donetsk Oblast.
Additionally, in the past 24 hours, Ukrainian air defense is reported to have downed two enemy aircraft: Su-25 and Su-24.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Air Forces struck three concentrations of enemy manpower, weapons, and materiel.
Russian invasion forces carried out nine missile and 13 air strikes and fired over 50 shells from multiple rocket launcher systems against Ukrainian positions and settlements.
The General Staff also provided a general overview of the current situation on the battlefield:
In the Volyn and Polisk areas, the situation hasn't changed notably, and there is no evidence of the presence of the enemy's offensive forces.
In the Siversky area, invading forces conducted shelling with mortars and artillery near Senivka in Chernihiv Oblast, as well as near Seredyna Buda, Novovolodymyrivka and Rozhkovychi in Sumy Oblast.
In the Slobozhanske area, areas in and around Strileche, Starytsia, Ohirtseve, Budarky, Chavunivka and Ambarne in Kharkiv Oblast were shelled with mortars and artillery.
In the Kupyansk area, Russian forces continue to defend taken positions. They shelled with artillery of various calibres in and around Bolohivka, Kamianka, Kupyansk, Tabaiivka, Krokhmalne and Berestove in Kharkiv Oblast.
In the Lyman area, Russian forces have been focusing their offensive operations there. They shelled in and around Makiivka, Nevske and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast, as well as Yampolivka and Torske in Donetsk Oblast.
In the Bakhmut and Andriivka areas, Russians forces continue offensive activities, shelling with tanks and artillery of various calibres objects in and around Serebrianka, Spirne, Yakovlivka, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Opytne, Klischiivka, Andriivka, Kurdiumivka, Vesele, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomayske, Krasnohorivka, Kurahove, Mariinka, and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk Oblast.
In the Novopavlivsk area, the invading forces shelled areas in and around Vuhledar, Novoukrainka, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva and Neskuchne in Donetsk Oblast.
In the Zaporizhzhya area, invading forces have taken defensive positions while shelling Ukrainian positions and settlements along the frontline. A missile strike was launched against the city of Dnipro.
In the Kryvyy Rih and Kherson areas, Russian invasion forces have taken defensive positions and continue to shell Ukrainian positions and civilian structures on the western bank of the Dnipro River, in particular the city of Kherson.
