On the Pivdennyi Buh river axis, the Russian invaders are focusing their efforts on improving their tactical position, maintaining their zone of control, and replenishing stocks of ammunition, fuel and oil, according to a June 7 update by Ukraine’s General Staff on Facebook.

Additionally, on the southern front, Ukrainian helicopters struck enemy groupings in Kherson Oblast and targeted ammunition depots in Mykolayiv Oblast with aerial assets, resulting in enemy losses of over 20 people and up to 10 units of military equipment.

In order to restore their lost positions, the invading forces, with the support of artillery and army aircraft, carried out offensive operations in the Lozove—Bila Krynytsia direction, albeit to no avail. Russian forces also conducted aerial reconnaissance using UAVs to establish the positions of Ukrainian troops.
