The Ukrainian military has already de-occupied 1,015 settlements, including six on May 13, said the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during a video address.

"We continue to restore the occupied territories of Ukraine,” he began.

“As of today, 1,015 settlements have been de-occupied, including plus six in the past 24 hours. We are restoring electricity, water, communications, transport, and social services there. This is important.”

Earlier it was reported that during the "second phase" of the war against Ukraine, Russia plans to completely occupy Donbas and southern Ukraine, as well as ensure a land corridor to Crimea.

However, Russia has been unable to complete many of its goals, and has been nearly pushed out of Kharkiv Oblast. The Russian offensive in Donbas continues amid heavy fighting.
