A Ukrainian artillery strike hit a Russian ammunition depot in occupied Mykhailivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Mariupol Mayor Ivan Fedorov said in a Telegram post on Nov. 25.
“This morning, an enemy ammo dump was blown up in Mykhailivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast,” said Fedorov.
“Armaments were detonating for several hours.”
The mayor also said that Russian troops are treating locals in occupied settlements with harsher repressive measures, including searches, raids, and detentions of “suspicious” people.
“This time, they are deranged enough to say that besides Ukrainian flags and blue-and-yellow colors being suspicious, just wearing green clothes can get you in trouble, as green – according to the Russians – is associated with military aesthetics,” Fedorov added.
