Ukrainian forces are advancing in several directions in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a late Telegram post on July 6.
“We can finally feel the impact of Western weapons and artillery we got from our partners,” said Zelenskyy.
“It’s very precise – just what we need. Our fighters are striking Russian (ammo) depots and logistical infrastructure with pinpoint accuracy.”
These efforts are steadily degrading Russian offensive capacity, compounding their losses, and ensuring that replenishing frontline losses becomes ever more difficult, the president said.
“Ukrainian forces are making tactical advances in several directions, in particular – in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts,” said Zelenskyy.
“We will not cede our land – Ukraine will regain all of its sovereign territories.”
Ukraine’s General Staff earlier announced the liberation of two more villages in Kherson Oblast – Potyomkine and Ivanivka.
