Ukraine repels Russian attacks near 11 settlements in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts

Ukrainian forces repelled Russian attacks in and around 11 towns and villages in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts over the past day, the Ukrainian military’s General Staff said in their Nov. 3 update on Facebook.
Russian troops continued to attempt to conduct offensive operations in the Bakhmut, Andriyivka and Novopavlivsk areas, the General Staff said.
In particular, fighting was reported near the settlements of Makiyivka, Nevske and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast, as well as Verkhniokamianske, Spirne, Bakhmut, Mayorsk, Pervomaiske, Novomykhailivka, Vodiane, Pavlivka, and Prechystivka in Donetsk Oblast.
The Ukrainian Air Force carried out 21 air strikes over the past 24 hours. It has been confirmed that enemy storage locations of weapons and military equipment and a position of hostile air defense systems were struck, the General Staff said.
The Ukrainian air defence forces also shot down 10 Shahed-136 suicide drones and Orlan UAVs.
Ukrainian missiles and artillery units also struck five concentrations of troops, weaponry and military equipment, two ammunition depots and three other important military facilities over the past day.
According to updated information, up to 60 Russian servicemen were killed in the village of Pervomaiske in Mykolayiv Oblast, and up to 50 Russian invaders were wounded in the village of Vasylivka in Zaporizhzhya Oblast.
According to the General Staff, the Russian invaders launched three missile and 24 air strikes over the past day, as well as carrying out more than 80 attacks with the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
Buildings were damaged by enemy fire in more than 20 settlements across the country, including Kupyansk in Kharkiv Oblast, Kremenchuk in Poltava Oblast, Nevske in Luhansk Oblast, Vodiane, Vuhledar, Krasnohorivka, and Nevelske in Donetsk Oblast, Smila in Cherkasy Oblast, Nova Kamianka in Kherson Oblast, and Ternovi Pody in Mykolayiv Oblast.
Invading Russian forces also fired in the following areas:
in the Siversky area, using mortars and artillery near the settlements of Orlykivka and Muravii in Chernihiv Oblast and Vilna Sloboda, Zapsillia and Kharkivka in Sumy Oblast;
in the Slobozhanske area, the enemy fired using mortars, rockets and artillery near the settlements of Alisivka, Ambarne, Anyskyne, Hatyshche, Hlyboke, Zelene, Kozacha Lopan, Krasne, Mala Vovcha, Morokhovets, Ohirtseve, Okhrimivka, Sosnivka, Starytsia, Strilecha, and Khrypuny of Kharkiv Oblast;
in the Kupyansk and Lyman areas, the invaders fired using tanks, mortars, rockets and artillery near the settlements of Berestove, Dvorichna, Kamianka, Krokhmalne, and Fiholivka in Kharkiv Oblast, Hrekivka, Nevske, Ploshanka, and Sukhodil in Luhansk Oblast, and Terny and Yampolivka in Donetsk Oblast;
in the Bakhmut area, the territories around Andriyivka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Bilohorivka, Verkhniokamianske, Zelenopillia, Mayorsk, New York, Opytne, Rozdolivka, Siversk, Soledar, and Spirne of Donetsk Oblast were shelled using tanks and artillery of various calibers;
in the Avdiyivka area, the enemy used tanks and the entire range of artillery weapons near Kamianka, Maryinka, Nevelske, Novomykhailivka, and Pervomaiske of Donetsk Oblast;
in the Novopavlivsk area, the enemy used tanks, mortars, rockets and artillery near Bohoyavlenka, Velyka Novosilka, Vremivka, Vuhledar, Novopil, and Pavlivka of Donetsk Oblast;
in the Zaporizhzhya area, the invaders used tanks and artillery of various types near the settlements of Dorozhnianka, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, Novoandriyivka, Pavlivka, Stepove, and Shcherbaky of Zaporizhzhya Oblast;
in the South Buh area, more than 30 settlements along the entire front line were hit by enemy fire.
