Ukrainian troops have repulsed attempted Russian assaults at seven settlements across the front lines – including Bakhmut, Donetsk Oblast – Ukraine’s General Staff said in a Facebook post on Oct. 12.

Additionally, the Ukrainian Air Force conducted 15 sorties over the last 24 hours, striking Russian air defense systems and other military equipment.

Ukraine’s artillery units continued to strike enemy command-and-control centers, along with four ammunition depots and other targets of military significance.
