Group of Seven member states and the European Union ought to introduce additional sanctions against Moscow, which have already been proposed by Kyiv, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Twitter on Jan. 14 after the latest mass missile attack.

The attack resulted in scores of the dead and injured in particular in the city of Dnipro where a residential area was targeted.

“Each barrage of missiles further exhausts Russian stocks,” he wrote.

“However, they are still able to produce new ones. We can and must kill their missile and drone industry with a mass sanctions strike! I urge G7 and the EU to implement relevant sanctions proposed by Ukraine without delay.”
