A diplomatic solution to ensure the end of the war is the return of Crimea and Donbas to Ukraine, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba said at a briefing, the Ukrinform news agency reported on Dec. 13.

According to him, any decision or diplomatic solution to make Russia end the war against Ukraine will be based on the fact that Russians must withdraw from all Ukrainian territories in force as of 2013.

On Dec. 13, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the end of the war for Ukraine would come when the Armed Forces of Ukraine win back their land and retake the state borders.
