A diplomatic solution to ensure the end of the war is the return of Crimea and Donbas to Ukraine, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba said at a briefing, the Ukrinform news agency reported on Dec. 13.
According to him, any decision or diplomatic solution to make Russia end the war against Ukraine will be based on the fact that Russians must withdraw from all Ukrainian territories in force as of 2013.
On Dec. 13, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the end of the war for Ukraine would come when the Armed Forces of Ukraine win back their land and retake the state borders.
On Nov. 19, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Volodymyr Havrylov said in an interview with Sky News that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could retake the occupied Crimea as early as the end of December 2022, and the war unleashed by Russia could end in spring 2023.
