The end of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine will be decided on the battlefield, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said in an interview with France 24 television channel on April 19.
Asked if negotiations between Ukraine and Russia could lead to an end to the war, the minister said: "The end of this war will be decided on the battlefield, not at the negotiating table."
Kuleba also called on France to follow the example of the United States and increase the supply of defensive equipment to Ukraine, as well as qualifying the atrocities committed by the Russian invaders in Ukraine as genocide.
He stressed that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin must be defeated by all means, both military, political and economic.
Earlier, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi, after a phone call with Putin, stated that the Russian dictator had no plans to end the war and meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
