Ukraine’s General Staff reports that low morale is leading Russian soldiers to disobey order

Low morale among the invading Russian forces is causing some to disobey orders, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on their Facebook page on March 15.
Russian conscripts have been discovered among the invading forces, who lack the training and commitment of volunteer (contract) soldiers, which may contribute to this phenomenon. Additionally, high rates of abandoned Russian equipment has also been noted by the Ukrainian military.
Moreover, according to available data, the Russian military may also be using civilians mobilized from the Russian-occupied areas of Luhansk Oblast to replenish the losses of the Russian invaders.
