Explosions over Kryvyi Rih – air defense knocked out target, says governor

Sounds of explosions in Kryvyi Rih were reported by various local social media.
An air-raid alarm was declared in Ukraine’s Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, around 11 am EET on Sep. 2, followed by numerous reports of explosions in the city in local Telegram channels.
"Monitoring channels report reconnaissance UAVs in the sky," posted the SVOI. Kryvyi Rih Telegram channel.
No damage or civilian casualties have yet to be reported.
"Everything is fine" head of the city’s Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul, stated on Telegram. And later clarified “The air defense system worked. Successfully. Target hit.”
No further details are currently available.
