Ukraine shoots down 10 of 12 Iran-made drones fired by Russia, rec facility hit – photos

Ukrainian air defense shot down ten out of twelve Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 suicide drones launched by Russia on Odesa Oblast in the early hours of April 19, the Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force Mykola Oleschuk wrote on Telegram.
The enemy targets were shot down by the air defense missile brigade of the Odesa Air Command of the Southern Air Command.


Russian occupiers hit a recreational facility. A fire broke at the scene but was promptly extinguished. No victims reported in the attack.


Six other Russian drones were intercepted by Ukrainian air defense near Zaporizhzhya and another near the Dnipro City the previous evening.
