Ukraine to determine what will happen to Russia in future, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba says

Ukraine as a part of Europe will determine the fate of Russia in future, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Feb. 10 during an interview with Vadym Karpyak, a journalist with Ukrainian television’s ICTC channel.
"If previously Russia as an empire determined the fate of Ukraine from (the point of view of) Europe, now Ukraine as a part of Europe will determine the fate of the Russian Empire," the diplomat predicted.
“In fact, 300 years of history will be turning on its head.”
According to the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, in the past, the Russian Empire was created by the French, Germans, and Ukrainians. And now these parties must jointly decide what to do with it.
In the video of the interview, Kuleba emphasized that his opinion was not the official position of Ukraine.
