Ukrainian forces twice hit a Russian military base in Kherson on Pestelya Street, advisor to the head of Kherson regional military administration Serhiy Khlan reported on July 10.
The report notes that part of the base was already on fire after an early morning strike at 5 a.m.
The fire started again when the Ukrainian military struck the base again at 10 a.m.
Eyewitnesses report that Russian soldiers trapped under the rubble can be heard screaming.
“When you try to get closer to the sixth gymnasium to find out what happened, the invaders start shooting into the air. Are they starting to panic?” Khlan wrote.
