Ukrainian guerrillas have set fire to a railway control cabinet in Luhansk Oblast, regional governor Serhiy Hayday said on the Telegram messenger on Feb. 7.

“Luhansk guerrillas are keeping the Rashists (Russian fascists) on their toes,” he said.

“This time, our patriots set fire to a railway signal box.”

According to Hayday, the automated railway signalling equipment on the Rovenky-Antratsyt railway section near the village of Yasenivskyi has been destroyed as a result of the guerrillas’ arson attack.

Earlier Hayday said the Russian invaders have not yet advanced near the town of Kreminna of Luhansk Oblast but are carrying out combat reconnaissance.

At the same time, he called the number of enemy troops the main threat. According to him, Russia is pulling in many mobilized soldiers to the region.
