“Be sure to close all windows and take all possible measures to preserve heat in the premises!”

Additionally, the city of Cherkasy has been left without power, according to the city’s mayor, Anatoliy Bondarenko, on Facebook.

Mykolayiv Governor Vitaliy Kim said that emergency blackouts had been introduced in the city and the region as a result of the strikes.

The situation is the same in Kirovohrad Oblast, as reported by regional governor Andriy Raikovych on Telegram messenger.

The city of Zaporizhzhya was also targeted, the secretary of the Zaporizhzhya City Council, Anatolii Kurtiev, said on Telegram messenger, noting that 12 missiles had been launched at the city.
