The United States will explore various mechanisms of stemming the supply of North Korean military aid to Russia, U.S. State Department spokesman Ned Price said during a press briefing on Nov. 2, as reported by Reuters.
“The United States will look at additional tools and authorities that may be used to counter North Korean military aid to Russia,” said Price.
Washington accused North Korea of supplying Moscow with “significant quantities” of artillery shells for war in Ukraine.
U.S. Department of Defense earlier said that the Kremlin is hoping to source artillery munitions from countries like Iran and North Korea.
